In today’s video, we bought tickets to see a Broadway show at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida. The show we were seeing was Moulin Rouge The Musical and we were very excited for it. With these Broadway shows, they do not let you film at all. So this video is more on our experience because we had the great opportunity to try out Box Seats at the Dr. Phillips Center. Last time we went to the theater, we sat way up high. It was around $65 a ticket for those seats. This time, we wanted to see if it was worth it for double the money, $130 a ticket, to sit in a box seat right next to the stage and for it to only be us two in the box seat. The downfall to the tickets is they are a limited view seat. The side of the stage you are sitting on is blocked about 25 percent. We wanted to document if it was worth it or not. As far as the Moulin Rouge Broadway show went, it was fantastic. Honestly it was one of our favorites. It was super funny and had great songs! All the performers did amazing! As far as the seats, we loved them! Sure there were a couple scenes that were blocked, but for the most part, the majority of the action was in the middle of the stage. It was so nice to be able to sit by ourselves with all the leg room in the world! We would choose to sit in these seats again. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Moulin Rouge The Musical Broadway Show at the Dr. Phillips Center in Orlando and if you are looking for shows to go to, definite go to the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts!
