In short

Our provider and business directories are built from official public records — in the U.S., mainly the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
We do not sell personal information.
If a listing is about you or your practice, you can ask us to hide contact details, remove the listing or correct it using the form Hide or remove my data.
Any other privacy request: privacidade@ativesite.com. We reply within 15 days.

1. Who we are

AtiveSite operates a network of local and niche information websites (health, dental, veterinary, travel, local business and others) and tools for businesses. This policy applies to every site in the network that links to it. Contact for privacy matters: privacidade@ativesite.com.

2. Information we handle and where it comes from

Provider and business records from official public sources (NPPES/CMS in the U.S.; public business registries in Brazil): name, specialty, practice address and phone as published by the source.
Information you send us through forms (booking, contact, reviews, error reports, data requests): name, e-mail, phone, message.
Browsing data: IP address, browser, pages visited and advertising cookies (see section 5).

3. How we use it

To publish organized directories that help the public find care and services nearby.
To deliver your form requests to the provider or business you chose.
To correct, update, hide or remove information on request.
To keep the sites secure, measure aggregate traffic and show advertising.

4. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and to hide or remove a directory listing. Use the request form (also linked from our directory pages) or write to privacidade@ativesite.com. We review every request and reply within 15 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights; we honor them regardless of your state. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the Google advertising described below.

5. Cookies and advertising

Some sites show ads from Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses data in ads. We also use strictly necessary cookies and local storage (for example, saved favorites). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed with the provider or business you contact, with hosting, e-mail and infrastructure providers that run the sites, with Google for advertising, and with authorities when required by law.

7. Retention and security

Form data is kept while needed to handle your request or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires otherwise. Directory records are refreshed from the official sources. Records of hide/remove requests are kept so the request keeps being honored. We use HTTPS, access controls and bot protection on forms.
