Buy a timed ticket for the Louvre with a start time of before 3:30! 3:30 ticket + 45 min wait + getting kicked out at 5:40 before the 6pm close – we were rushed / didn’t see everything
Enter from the Carrousel du Louvre, below the pyramids.
Arrive 30 min before your time slot or just expect to wait…
Get an exhibit map (not a Louvre map) right away.
Look for the opaque accessory tags on the display windows.
