We noticed that prices for food and drinks are much higher this year.
If you like a bit more expensive restaurants Djanny and Flora are a very good choice. Flora has a nice and inexpensive lunch menu if you can read Bulgarian
For coffee and cheap drinks you can go to Condor bar, located not far from Flower street and very popular with foreigners.
