On this episode, we are exploring the Solstrand Hotel over in Bergen, Norway. This hotel is like a time capsule back in time to a simpler, more tranquil epoch. Solstrand Hotel was built in the 1800s to facilitate the production of the nearby railroad. It now stands as a luxury retreat for anybody wanting to stay at a place with a 24/7 view of the mouth of the nearby fjord.
This was truly one of my favorite hotels ever. I’ve certainly never stayed at a place with a better pool area, being that this hotel has a cold plunge, an outdoor heated pool, a regular indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a fjord to jump into! With all the options, you can stay endlessly relaxed and entertained.
It is an amazing place to stay, and I really hope I get to make it back again one day soon.
