In this video, I take you with me on a full-day trip to Ebogo, a peaceful village near Mbalmayo, Cameroon. We explored the Nyong River by canoe, walked through ancient forest trails, discovered powerful healing trees, and ended the day with an amazing local meal.

The entire experience cost us less than $100, and it gave us memories that felt priceless.
