Visiting Venezuela (it’s nothing like what they say)

Should you visit Venezuela? In January 2024 I went to the South American country despite all the travel warnings saying I shouldn’t. What I found was so different from what I’d heard. And I managed to fly a 45 year old 737-200 at the same time. Here’s a look at what I found around Caracas and Barcelona, Venezuela; including some travel tips for what to do in Caracas.
