Indlondlo Zulu Dancers is a traditional Zulu dance ensemble dedicated to entertaining diverse audiences. Established in 2010, our mission is to inspire and nurture the talents of young individuals through cultural performances, stage plays, and initiatives within Art Centres or Cultural Villages while instilling respect among the youth. We showcase our artistry across South Africa at various events such as governmental functions, tourism gatherings, award ceremonies, and private celebrations. Our group has triumphed in traditional dance competitions held in Durban during 2010, 2012-2015. In August 2014, we garnered nominations for the South African Traditional Music Achievements (SATMA) Awards. Furthermore, we were honored with a Membership Certificate from the United Religion Initiative (www.uri.org) in April 2016 in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Our international engagements include performing at the Latium World Dance Folklore Festival across Italy – specifically Cori and Sardinia – from July 26 to August 8 in 2016; participating annually in the Kuru Dance Festival held in Botswana during both 2017 and 2018; conducting traditional dance classes aboard cruise ships traveling from South Africa to destinations including Namibia, Senegal, Spain, Morocco Croatia, Malta, Italy from May 6-28 ,the MSC Sinfonia Cruise involved travel between Venice, Greece, Australia, Seychelles, Reunion back to Durban on October -November of same year & The MSC Musica voyage from Italian Venice returning towards South Africa-Durban on November. In addition, we led Zulu dance workshops onboard during trips from April-May throughout late October-November.
