Crossing the “Badlands” of Afghanistan

Time to head on an ambitious road trip through the heart of Afghanistan. Today we’re attempting to cross the Hindu Kush mountains heading through small Afghan towns and old Soviet tunnels on a journey to Mazar-i-Sharif.

Out here we got to see a slightly different Afghanistan and whilst out in the badlands things can be a bit rough around the edges, the hospitality remained just as strong.
