1. Glejte Amslerjevo mrežo v bralni razdalji ca. 30-40 cm. Če pri branju uporabljate
očala, jih sedaj uporabite.
2. Pokrite si desno oko.
3. Osredotočite se na točko, ki je v sredini mreže:
– so črte ravne?
– črte ne smejo biti popačene, nejasne (manjka del črt) ali valovite!
– imajo vsi kvadrati enako velikost?
– vidite vse štiri vogale?
4. Ponovite test še z drugim očesom.
Če ugotovite katero od opisanih nepravilnosti, se obrnite na svojega očesnega zdravnika.
