The CAP is proud to announce that for 75 years, we have been on a remarkable journey filled with resilience, innovation, and a commitment to transforming patients’ lives through our proficiency testing/external quality assessment (PT/EQA) programs.

At the heart of this expedition, we celebrate the laboratory professionals who have helped revolutionize patient care through these programs. Today, we are proud to offer more than 700 PT programs—including innovations that helped tackle emerging viruses and diseases such as mpox, SARS-CoV-2, and Zika.
