Every 3 years Allina Health is responsible for completing a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to assess and respond to the needs of the community surrounding each of our hospitals. To augment the public health data and community dialogues, Allina Health conducted video interviews with community members living near Abbott Northwestern hospital to enrich our understanding of the health needs in this community and to add personal narratives. This video conveys the communities’ health needs by combining voiceover narrative of key themes with footage of personal quotes.
