Each year at Symposium, we celebrate leaders who have gone above and beyond for the #bleedingdisorders community. It’s time to recognize these individuals – we need YOU to nominate someone who has made a difference.

The Terry Lamb Health & Wellness Award is for exceptional commitment to supporting HFA in its national efforts to encourage health, nutrition and wellness behaviors in the bleeding disorders community. The award is named after Terry, who had severe hemophilia and was an active member of the bleeding disorder community and a respected leader.
