This session will include Symptom-Focused Exercises combining Strength Training, Cognitive Dual- Tasking, Integrated Strength, and Mobility. Modifications will be given to increase or decrease the challenge. Items needed: armless chair, exercise mat, exercise band, light dumbbell or soup can.
